Join Engage UNCW

Engage UNCW is an online platform powered by GivePulse that connects UNCW students, faculty and staff with volunteer opportunities throughout the Wilmington area.

Community partners can create an Engage UNCW group page and affiliate with UNCW at no cost.

Through the platform, your organization can:

Post volunteer opportunities
Manage volunteer registrations
Communicate with volunteers
Track volunteer participation and impact

Getting Started with Engage UNCW

How to Join Engage UNCW

Go to Join GivePulse to begin the onboarding process.
Create an individual user account, then enter the requested information to create a group for your nonprofit organization.
Once you’ve entered your information, select “Continue” to review UNCW’s affiliation agreement.
After you submit the agreement, our team will review and approve your request.
Once approved, your organization will be affiliated with UNCW through Engage UNCW.

Wings Up for Wilmington

Each September, UNCW and our community partners come together for Wings Up for Wilmington, an annual day of service recognizing the anniversary of Hurricane Florence and celebrating the community resilience and collaboration that followed. UNCW students, faculty and staff volunteer throughout the community as part of the event.
